As president, Rachel works hard towards enabling the chamber to work for its members & community as you've come to expect from this great organization. Rachel is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart on Long Island, specializing in Nesconset and Smithtown!

Frank S. Scagluso is an attorney who has worked in private law practices since 1984. In 1992, Mr. Scagluso started his own law practice in Smithtown, New York, where he continues to practice law, representing international and local businesses, and local individuals in all aspects of law. Court Admissions include the New York State Bar, the Supreme Court of the United States, the International Court of Trade, United States Court for Military Justice, the Eastern and Southern Districts of the State of New York, and the Appellate Court for the Federal Circuit
